I started helping out with the coaching at U9 level and have been with them ever since. Personally, I have not been involved with rugby since my school days, even then I did not play to any standard. I left school and spent the following 14 years in the Royal Navy. When I left the Navy my interest in rugby regenerated but, to my regret, I still never got involved
