Widden 2008/2009 Players Meeting

Widden Old Boys are looking to expand their squad next season so they can mount a serious challenge in Western Counties North and in the top Gloucestershire Merit Table. Over the past 7 seasons Widden have gained 4 promotions and are very ambitious to continue this good form.

Widden have secured their Club Sponsor, DLS Commercial Catering for next season, which has allowed the players to be supplied with a Rugby Tech playing kit and a superb players kit package.

Widden will continue to develop their players at the best training facilities in Gloucestershire (Hartpury College) on both Tuesday and Thursday evenings all season, using three or four fully qualified coaches.

Widden are holding a meeting on Friday 9th May (7pm), at the clubhouse on Tuffley Avenue to inform all current senior players, next season’s colts and any potential new players what they can expect from the club next season.
